The property was well equipped and had modern finishes, providing everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding countryside, with plenty of safe walking areas for ourselves and our dogs. Additionally, the property had safe off-road parking, ensuring the security of our vehicle.

Although not a major issue, we observed that the water in the hot taps became exceptionally hot in a short amount of time. This could potentially be a safety concern, especially if there were young children staying at the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the annexe. The open plan layout was perfect for our family, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The kids loved the games and seeing the sheep and horses nearby. Tracy, our host, was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home.

Although the master bed and the sofa were not the most comfortable, it wasn't a major issue. The location was perfect for us, as it was near our grandchildren, and the owners were quick to assist when we had a heating problem.

The peaceful surroundings and lovely walks along the river were a real treat. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and quick to help when we had issues with the heating. We were also thrilled with the little touches like fresh milk, tea, coffee, and bottled water waiting for us upon arrival. a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
